Professional Portfolio Photography and Commercial Headshots

In order to ensure that you will have the best opportunity for great photos, the following information will help you prepare.
PROFESSIONAL PORTFOLIO PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION – bring a variety of summer and winter clothing. At least 5 outfits.
COMMERCIAL HEADSHOT SESSION – 2 outfits for two different looks.
FEMALES – Bring clothing that makes you feel confident and comfortable. You may want to include hose, short skirt, fitted jeans, dark slacks with a variety of tops, hats or scarves, and shoes for each outfit. We can mix and match for a variety of looks. Wash your hair the evening before your shoot. Arrive with large Velcro rollers in your hair. No electric or sponge rollers, we only want body. Teens and up may wear base makeup; children need a clean face. We will do the rest.
MALES - Let your outfits reflect your personality or a "look" you want to achieve. Think casual, professional and fun. Hats and other props are welcome.
CHILDREN - Bring fun colorful clothing. Hats are good if appropriate for the outfit as well as different shoes for your outfits. A favorite toy is a great prop.
For everyone, study magazines and get ideas for fun looks, outfits and shots.
We offer 2 types of photo sessions:
• Professional Portfolio Session - $275 for a 1 hour session.
• Commercial Headshot Session - $50 for approximately 30 minutes.
Photo session must be PAID IN FULL on the day of your photo shoot. All sessions are by appointment only. Photo shoots are done outside, so if the weather is unsuitable we will contact you to postpone and reschedule. High Resolution Digital Shoot for Portfolio and Comp Cards INCLUDES:
• The Shoot: High resolution digital images made outdoors
• Our professional selection of images for your portfolio and comp card
• Routine digital retouching of the selected images such as red-eye removal and lighten/darken image
• Five portfolio prints on Premium Photo Media. Full frame at 6.7 in. x 10 in.
Extra options from the images SELECTED FOR THE PORTFOLIO:
• Extra 6.7 in. x 10 in. full frame images printed on Premium Photo Paper/Archival Inks - $10.00 ea.
• Extra 5 in. x 7 in. prints $7.50 ea.
• Extensive image retouching or alterations billed at $35/hr. or portion thereof.
• For prints of images other than those selected, $35 for the first print, then priced as above for extras of the same print.
CD of all high-resolution images in universal JPEG format for computer viewing or to print can be ordered at special pricing.
Portfolio Books are available for sale at certain times. Check at the time of your shoot for availability.
COMMERCIAL HEADSHOT SESSION
High Resolution Digital Shoot for Commercial Headshot INCLUDES:
• The Shoot: High Resolution digital images made outdoors, 2 looks
• Our professional selection of images for your headshot card
• Routine digital retouching such as red-eye reduction and lighten/darken image
• Provide one headshot portfolio image on Premium Photo Media. Full color. 8 x 10 in. (No extra charge for conversion of image to Black & White if desired)
Extra options from the images SELECTED FOR THE HEADSHOT:
• Extra 8 x 10 in. images printed on Premium Photo Paper/Archival Inks - $10.00 ea.
• Extra 5 x 7 in. prints $7.50 ea.
• Extensive image retouching or alterations billed at $35/hr. or portion thereof.
• For prints of images other than those selected, $35 for the first print, then priced as above for extras of the same print.
